Veripack VKF90 Thermoforming Machine

The automatic thermoforming machine VKF90 is designed for larger production areas with high automation requirements.  It can be easily integrated in production lines., and is compatible with a range of features including automatic dosing and loading systems.

With a stainless steel structure and brushless motor, this system works with both rigid and flexible packaging.  A tensioning system allows for  pre-unwinding of the plastic film with dedicated pneumatic or electrical arm. You can obtain packages in plastic material both flexible and rigid, therefore linear and perimetric cuts (shaped).

Total vacuum control system is obtained on the machine. The VKF90 supports  sealing, skin (with or without edge) MAP and vacuum technologies.
