The Atlanta Raffaello P&P Multifila Wrap Around Case Packer is designed for high performance packaging in demanding production environments.

The intuitive touchscreen panel allows operators to easily adjust parameters using a wide range of preset configurations, while a quick format changeover function helps reduce downtime.

The Raffaello P&P model is fitted with a Pick&Place system to create packs that contain up to 4 product layers; the maximum number of layers depends on the height and design of the packaging. The picking system takes the product, either loose or pre-bundled, and places it on the carton in stacked layers.

Raffaello P&P is supplied with the most suitable picking system for the product to be stacked. The gripping unit with picking arm can be:

• magnetic
• with suction cups
• with mechanical picking gears (hands or vanes)

Packaging can be done in wrap around or tray formats with one or more product layers. It offers flexible feeding via in line (4 channels) or optional 90° entry with an anti jamming unit, and product separation is managed by a transfer unit. With dimensions of 4,300 x 2,200 x 2,500 mm and a speed of 15 cartons per minute (single layer), it also features a 200 capacity magazine, extendable to 400 for higher volume operations.
