Overview

The NGB is an automatic filling and sealing machine designed for packaging products into premade pouches. Ideal for food manufacturers looking to increase efficiency and maintain consistent pack quality, the NGB combines reliability, versatility, and ease of operation in a compact design.

It features an 8-station carousel with 2 pincers that securely hold each pouch throughout the entire packaging process, ensuring accurate handling from pouch opening through to filling and sealing.

he machine is compatible with multiple dosing systems, including multihead weighers, auger fillers, volumetric fillers, cap fillers and more. With speeds of up to 57 packs per minute, the NGB delivers reliable production performance while maintaining excellent sealing quality.
