Overview

The Minipack Sirio AL Speed range of bundling machinery combines reliability with efficiency and ease of use.

This high performance series is equipped with a PLC, 3 inverters and a loading and unloading belt. The 3 inverters ensure a high production speed of up to 22 packages per minute.

This versatile machine can be switched from automatic and manual mode to semi-automatic with a pedal.

Insulated heat shrinking tunnel, forced ventilation with air circulation

An electrical panel is built into the machine with forced ventilation, managed by Siemens PLC

Touch panels with 7" colour display for changing data and displaying alarms for machine reset

Sealing bar with a film cutting blade ensures no smoke during sealing

Safety photocell blocks the sealing bar if it encounters an obstacle

An automatic film unwinding system with upper and lower drive rollers are mounted on a removeable carriage for ease of loading the reel
