Overview

The Minipack Sirio AL range of bundling machinery combines reliability with efficiency and ease of use.

This high performance series is equipped with a PLC and a loading and unloading belt. This double belt ensures faster sealing of the bundle.

The operator can use the control selector to switch from automatic to semi automatic mode.

Random size mechanical product presser unit mounted directly on the sealing bar unit

Insulated heat shrinking tunnel, forced ventilation with air circulation

An electrical panel is built into the machine with forced ventilation, managed by a Siemens PLC

The sealing bar and tunnel temperatures are controlled by the PLC

The Internal conveyor belt in the heat-shrinking tunnel is driven by an inverter with adjustable speed, it features a thin steel mesh grate with side drive chains

Touch panels with 7" colour display for changing data and displaying alarms for machine reset
