Overview
The high performance Minipack Gamma series is designed to streamline production times. It packages multi-row products in polyethylene film, with or without a cardboard flap, and is ideal for use with a number of product types such as bottles and cans.
The Gamma series is equipped with a multiline divider in the product loading area, ensuring faster bundling.

The temperature of the sealing bar and the tunnel is controlled by the PLC
Insulated heat shrinking tunnel, forced ventilation with air circulation
The Internal conveyor belt in the heat-shrinking tunnel is driven by an inverter with adjustable speed
Pneumatic components work with non-lubricated dry air
Average electricity consumption is reduced by about 40% during normal operation
Machines compatible with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

For safety a photocell blocks the sealing bar if it encounters an obstacle
