Overview

This series of Minipack bundling machines combine efficiency, reliability and high performance. These machines are ideally suited for incorporation into a production line as they are configured for automatic management of the line infeed and outfeed exchange signals.

The Altair L range can wrap individual and multiple products in polyethylene film, working with products up to 1500mm in length.

The machine operator can choose to work in either automatic or semi-automatic mode.

Optional features of this range include side presser rollers, pack cooling fan, and a roller conveyor to further enhance performance and versatility.

Automatic wrapping system of the film reels with dragging rollers

Photoelectric cell blocks the sealing bar if it encounters an obstacle

Insulated heat shrinking tunnel, forced ventilation with air circulation

PID temperature controllers manage the temperature of the sealing bar and the tunnel

The internal conveyor belt in the heat-shrinking tunnel is driven by an a gear motor featuring a steel grid and adjustable speed.
