Overview

This series of Minipack bundling machines combine efficiency, reliability and high performance. The Altair AL range, with double motorised belt is easily incorporated into a production line as it is configured for automatic management of the line infeed and outfeed exchange signals.

The Altair range can wrap individual and multiple products in polyethylene film, working with products up to 1500mm in length.

The machine operator can choose to work in either automatic or semi-automatic mode.

Insulated heat shrinking tunnel, forced ventilation with air circulation

The internal conveyor belt in the heat-shrinking tunnel is driven by a gear motor featuring a steel grid and adjustable speed

PID temperature controllers manage the temperature of the sealing bar and the tunnel

Benefits

Sealing bar with a film cutting blade ensures no smoke during sealing

The operator can switch from automatic and manual to semi-automatic

For safety, a photoelectric cell blocks the sealing bar if it encounters an obstacle
