Overview
The ITA 84 is a Battery Operated Tensioner for regular duty and high tensile 19mm/25mm/32mm steel strap.
Powered by an 18V Li-Ion 5Ah battery, the ITA 84 provides outstanding autonomy and allows operators to perform strapping operations anywhere without the limitations of air hoses, compressors, or fixed connections. It delivers the same high performance as pneumatic alternatives while offering greater mobility and operational freedom.
The adjustable tension control system, managed through an easy-access potentiometer located beneath the battery, allows users to set the tensioning force up to 13,000N, ensuring precise and secure strap application for every requirement.
It can be combined with Itatools sealers, including the battery-operated ITA 85, pneumatic ITA 45, and manual ITA 37, creating a complete and reliable strapping system tailored to any industrial need.
