Overview

The ITA 44 is a pneumatic steel strap tensioner designed for use with 19mm, 25mm, and 32mm steel straps. Engineered for speed, strength, and reliability, it is suitable for both standard and high-tensile steel strapping, delivering consistent performance across a wide range of industrial applications.

Built to withstand demanding working environments, the ITA 44 is ideal for heavy-duty industries, including the strapping of steel coils, pipes, bars, and other challenging loads. Its robust design ensures efficient and dependable tensioning, even under continuous use.

When paired with Itatools steel strapping sealers, including the ITA 45, ITA 85, or ITA 37, the ITA 44 forms a complete strapping system that provides secure seal-joint closures. It is particularly well suited to round packages and loads with limited support surfaces, where precise and reliable tensioning is essential.

For applications requiring improved access in confined spaces or awkward working positions, the ITA 44 is also available as the ITA 44SP, featuring an angled motor design that makes tensioning easier without compromising performance.
