ILPRA Foodpack Hyper Tray Sealer

Hyper is the fully mechanical line that ILPRA has designed in response to demand from large-scale production, available in 1000 and 1250 versions.

The new CPS (Constant Placement System) technology allows the continuous infeed of trays, increasing speed considerably. The automatic separation and transport of trays, powered by synchronised movements of jaws and conveyor belts, ensure uninterrupted and swift packaging operations, contributing to increased productivity.

Hyper is easily integrated into any production line and includes Anti-crush System in case of incorrect positioning of the trays, ID Control System for the recognition of authorised personnel and a predictive maintenance system  for component overhaul and replacement planning.
