ILPRA Foodpack Hyper

Hyper is the fully mechanical line that ILPRA has designed in response to demand from large-scale production, available in 1000 and 1250 versions. FoodPack Hyper embodies our ambition to offer a fast, tireless machine that could border on the idea of perpetual motion. That is why we installed the new CPS (Constant Placement System) technology, which allows the continuous infeed of trays, increasing speed considerably. Hyper is easily integrated into any production line and includes Anti-crush System in case of incorrect positioning of the trays, ID Control System for the recognition of authorised personnel and Predictive, a predictive maintenance system that allows the planning of overhaul and replacement of components.
