Overview

These validatable rotary sealers are used for the automatic closing of sealable pouches and reels in hospitals (Sterile Barrier Systems SBS) and the medical industry (CSSD). This sealing process is validated in accordance with ISO 11607-2.

During the sealing process, the sealing temperature, contact pressure and sealing speed are all automatically monitored.

The integrated printer allows printing directly onto the packaging during the sealing process, while patented Fontmatic technology allows this rotary sealer to recognise the material width being sealed and adjust the print size accordingly. This ensures the print fits in the available space, with no more printing over the edges!
