Overview

The hawo hm 8000 AS/AS V is a fully automatic pouchmaking machine for the production of flat and gusseted pouches for hospitals and the medical sector.

This validatable machine combines a film reel dispenser with a heat sealing device to produce sterile goods pouches from standard reels of film. Pouches can be produced in any length to suit the application. This compact machine can produce up to 4700 bags per hour.

This versatile hm 8000 can produce pouches with 3 side seals, precut and unsealed pouches, and can also seal pre-formed pouches along the fourth side, after filling.

The sealing process is validated according to EN ISO 11607-2, and the international guidance ISO/ITS 16775. It fulfills the requirements of the World Health Organisation, as well as the new guidelines of the World Federation for Hospital
