Overview

The hm 5000 DC-VI PrintPak is a UDI ready, rotary sealing system, designed specifically for use within the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

This sealer has an integrated inkjet print probe and enables printing on the clear side of the sterile barrier system. The unique product identifier (UDI), uses either a numeric or alphanumeric code and ensures identification of medical devices on the market, ensuring full traceability.

PrintPak med enables flexible data entry by keyboard, network, 2 D scanner. RFID reader and matrix reader.

The hm 5000 ensures GMP compliant sealing quality and fulfills the requirements of the World Health Organisation, as well as the new guidelines of the World Federation for Hospital Sterilisation Sciences.

This sealing process is validated in accordance with ISO 11607-2 and the international guidance ISO/ITS 16775.
