Overview

The hm 460AS V and hm 660 AS are validatable impulse sealers for packaging sealable pouches and reels.

Operated by a footswitch and with a magnetic sealing system they are suitable for constant use, and ideal in hospital and medical settings. An intuitive control unit ensures ease of use, with simple navigation and data entry. It is also possible to programme these sealers using a bar code scanner.

These machines are suitable for sealing medical, pharmaceutical and industrial products, and fulfill the requirements of the World Health Organisation, as well as the new guidelines of the World Federation for Hospital Sterilisation Services.

These impulse sealers are suitable for sealing a wide range of materials, including paper, laminates, and polymer films.

Validatable sealing process according to EN ISO 11607-2: 2019 and the international guidance ISO/TS 16775
