Audion Seal Pressure Measurement

Designed to verify precise seal force in vacuum chambers and on Speedpack

The Audion Seal Pressure Measurement device (ASPM) verifies the seal force of seal bars not being driven by a loadcell (such as vacuum chambers and Speedpack).

For Audionvac*:

Seal pressure of a validatable vacuum chamber equals the differential pressure between the vacuum chamber and the seal bar activation pressure, this value can be measured by the ASPM. The seal pressure readout of the Audionvac can easily be compared with the ASPM.

For the purpose of validation processes it is crucial to regularly check the seal pressure of a validatable vacuum chamber or validatable Speedpack. It is highly recommendable to order the Calibration service together with this device.

The ASPM comes standard in a solid plastic case, which protects the device during transport and storage.
