Overview
Designed for precise seal force verification
To ensure the quality of your seal, we recommend to check the seal force regularly. Audion offers a complete seal force verification set, AFMR (Audion Force Measurement Ring) for your Power Sealer or Medseal (MSIDV). Measurement is realized by using the pneumatics of the validatable sealer.
Connect the Power Sealer’s loadcell and the AFMR’s ring type loadcell with the provided tools and apply force.
The read-out value of the AFMR can be used for verification and/or calibration of your validatable sealer. Upon request, the AFMR can be calibrated with ISO 17025 accreditation.
The AFMR can be used for seal force verification on the Power Sealer or Medseal sealer.
