Audion’s revolutionary PLUS IP65 Bag-in-Box vacuum sealer provides high-class sealing technology ensuring optimum control of process parameters in demanding environments like food or powder packaging in pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

The Bag-in-Box configuration is equipped with software ensuring a fully controlled vacuum sealing of heavy-duty bags that are used as a box liner, where the box comes under the sealer via a conveyor, support or pallet. Wide support legs of the frame enable the use of Europallets.

The motorized descent function of the seal head and extra wide stainless steel vacuum nozzle enable an optimized vacuuming as products can be reached closest by the automatic nozzle descent into the bag. Automatic height control can be set in the software and performed by the motorized frame. All together ensuring optimal vacuum performance and resulting into optimal protection of your product.

The bi-active seal bars (1720 mm seal length) produce 8 mm hermetic seals, fully controlled by the integrated Audion Temperature Controller. The advanced Audion Touch Techware facilitates a user-friendly setting of up to 50 recipes, enabling you full control and monitoring of all critical process parameters. Alarms on critical seal parameters such as seal temperature, seal time, seal force and vacuum/gas time can easily be set with precise tolerance. Critical batch and packaging cycle information can be stored and downloaded.
