Overview

The ALFA R S&D is designed for the automatic packaging of food products in preformed pouches of small and large sizes, with high flexibility and performance.

The machine is equipped with an 8-station rotary carousel, each with 2 dedicated clamps, ensuring a secure and continuous grip on the pouch during all processing stages. Each station is configurable to meet different production needs.

Designed to accommodate a wide range of pouch formats, the Alfa R handles Doypack®, stand-up, flat, and gusseted pouches. It can be integrated with multiple dosing systems, including multihead weighers, auger fillers, cup fillers, and volumetric fillers, allowing manufacturers to package products such as powders, granules, snacks, confectionery, coffee, pet food, and other food products on a single platform.

The ALFA supports vacuum packaging, essential for long shelf-life products, and operates in humid environments, ideal for autoclave sterilization.
