IndustrialNPP Acquires Asgaard Packaging
NPP are delighted to announce the acquisition of Asgaard Packaging Ltd.
NPP is a leading supplier in the flexible packaging market. Founded in 1984, NPP specialises in delivering high quality packaging to a range of industries including Food, Agri, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device. NPP’s history is rich in product innovation, continuous improvement, customer focus, and unrivalled service. With this acquisition, NPP’s product range is further expanded and this supports the company’s strategy to become a “one stop shop” for all flexible packaging.
Asgaard is an established supplier of flexible packaging across a range of industries including Meat, Poultry, Fish and Cheese. The company also offers a range of machinery and equipment. Asgaard will relocate from their current premises in Rathcoole to NPP’s headquarters in Ballycoolin at the end of March.
