Leading Irish companies Combind and NPP Join Forces

Dublin-based packaging and machinery company Combind has announced its merger with NPP, resulting in an integrated organisation offering innovative packaging, machinery and technical services to the Irish and UK market. The two companies will form one single entity and trade as NPP from April 3^rd.

Combind has operated alongside its sister company NPP since joining the group in 2010. Both companies have been operating from a purpose-built facility at Coldwinters, Dublin for over 3 years, and the time is now right to integrate the two businesses.

From its inception in 1984, NPP’s primary product offering has been flexible packaging solutions, while Combind provides a broad product range encompassing strapping, adhesive tapes and in-house manufactured corrugated boxes. In recent years, both companies’ expertise and range has expanded to include packaging systems, parts and engineering capabilities. The merger aligns the company’s’ talent and resources into one single entity so they are better placed to serve customers, with the complete package of materials, machinery and technical services.
