Our History
Active Packaging, based in Omagh, is a business with a 21-year history supplying a broad range of flexible packaging materials to the food, horticultural & industrial sectors throughout the island of Ireland. Their vast portfolio of products will enable us to deliver enhanced and diversified packaging solutions to our customers.
Wraptite has been serving the Irish & UK market with a range of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for over 20 years, principally as a manufacturer and distributer of hand and machine pallet wrap. Wraptite products and production will complement and expand our existing range of packaging.
Food Processing Technology Irl Limited (FPT), based in Tallaght, is a business with a 50 year history supplying a range of essential packaging materials primarily to the meat, fish and dairy sectors. With FPT, we further expand our product range of specialist materials to protect and extend shelf life.
The integration of NPP and Combind aligns our talent and resources into a single entity. Together, we are better placed to serve our customers with the complete package of materials, packaging machinery and technical services.
We moved to a custom built premises in Vantage Park and made significant investments in new machinery and technologies to strengthen our corrugate manufacturing capabilities and offerings. We are now the proud owners of a state of the art 4 colour Casemaker and an advanced Digital Cutting table which are all integrated with the latest CAD design software.
Asgaard is an established supplier of flexible packaging across a range of industries including Meat, Poultry, Fish and Cheese. With this acquisition, NPP’s product range is further expanded and this supports the company’s strategy to become a “one stop shop” for all flexible packaging.
Twil Ltd have been supplying the Irish market for over 50 years with a range of FIBC’s and Catering Packs for the Milk Industry (bag in box applications). The FIBC’s market is in a growth phase and the Twil business compliments our existing offering and also provides opportunities in new markets.
McCoy Packaging serviced the bakery industry with OPP films. These films are slit to size in-house to fit customer requirements. This acquisition helped NPP to develop its business further in the bakery market.
Industrial Chemicals specialised in the supply of FIBC’s to the Food and Pharmaceutical industry. This acquisition extended our product range in the Food Ingredients sector which is enjoying rapid growth in recent years.
Combind (Formerly FP Tapes) offer a broad range of packaging products, adhesive tapes, strapping & fastening materials, tools, equipment and machinery.
